Financial Controller

This is a 3-month rolling contract (Temp to Perm) for a Financial Controller to lead the financial management of a group of companies. The role involves developing and implementing financial policies, reporting, analyzing financial data, and overseeing payroll. The candidate should possess strong business acumen and relationship-building skills, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Requirements

• Assist senior management with the financial management plan and budget.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records and report on financial activity.
• Monitor risk management and ensure organizational risk minimization.
• Oversee leases, contracts and other financial commitments.
• Negotiate with bank and manage employee benefits and insurance plans.
• Recruit, train, and coach finance and administrative team.
• Provide leadership in strengthening internal work culture.
• Communicate financial matters to the General Manager.
