Welder/ Fitter

A custom steel fabricator and full-service supplier are seeking a Welder-Fitter for a site in Bowmanville, Ontario. The role involves working with large parts and custom steel fabrication, interpreting blueprints, and fitting, fabricating, and welding metal components. Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience with MIG Welding
• Welding Certificate or Diploma program (asset)
• CWB weld ticket (preferred or achievable)
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Self-motivated and able to work fast-paced
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and bend, stoop, and stand frequently
