Network Engineer

Astor & Sanders Corporation is seeking a Network Engineer for a remote position in McLean, VA. The role involves configuring, administering, and maintaining network security solutions, designing and securing network infrastructures, and monitoring for anomalies. This is a full-time, remote position requiring experience in Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years of enterprise network security experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Troubleshooting WAN and LAN network issues
• Knowledge of network security best practices
• Experience with Splunk or comparable logging system
• Experience with IT in a Federal environment
