Requirements
- Contacting prospects from the database to generate interest in the company's services and scheduling appointments with the sales advisor
- Directly scheduling the made appointment in the advisor's agenda
- Converting cold leads to warm leads by generating interest and building trust with potential customers
- Supporting sales by preparing customers for the advisor's visit, in order to increase the chances of closing a contract
- Reminding customers of the visit a day before the scheduled appointment
