We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen and exceed our guests' expectations. The position requires at least 5 years of experience as a head chef and a passion for Italian, Swedish, and French cuisine.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of documented experience as a head chef
- Great passion for Italian cuisine, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Swedish and French cuisine
- Purchasing foodstuffs
- Self-control and inventory management
- Administration (accounting and planning ahead)
- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team and other staff members
- Being unpretentious and having a holistic view of the operation
- Being comfortable with helping with all ensuing tasks
