Architect (Commercial and Multifamily Project Expert)

We are looking for an Architect (Commercial and Multifamily Project Expert) to lead design and construction efforts on high-impact commercial and multifamily projects, leveraging proficiency in Revit and other architectural software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of experience handling multifamily and commercial projects.
• Extensive construction administration experience and a strong CD portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, including SD-CD production and detailing; familiarity with other architectural software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams across US business hours.
• English proficiency required for written and verbal communication.
• Personal computer meeting minimum requirements (Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, 100GB storage) and reliable internet connection (50 Mbps minimum, with backup)
