Requirements
- Several years of hands-on design and brand-building experience in agencies, startups, or freelance environments.
- Strong portfolio of brand identities, campaigns, and digital-first design work showcasing conceptual thinking and executional craft.
- Proven experience in brand strategy processes including positioning, workshops, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with digital validation methods like A/B testing, user feedback loops, and campaign pilots.
- Proficiency in motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Forward-looking mindset tracking design trends, culture, and technology shifts.
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, Miro, Notion, Slack, Trello/Jira, Experimentation tools: Google Optimize, Hotjar, Typeform, Looker Studio, Emerging tech: MidJourney, Runway, Spline, ChatGPT
