Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience working with Healthcare Administration software and Medicaid datasets.
Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and/or Snowflake for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with requirements gathering, business documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
