Construction Project Manager (Remote - US)

We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager in the United States. This role is designed for an experienced construction professional who will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of campus construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in higher education, healthcare, or commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and specialty consultants.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills; proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent PM software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to interface effectively with senior leadership, facilities teams, and academic staff.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
