Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or contact center operations.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and operational performance metrics with a customer-focused mindset.
- Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning tools in an operational context.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Quicksight.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) for complex data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field; experience mentoring others and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
