We are looking for an Engineering Manager (Network Orchestration) to lead a team responsible for building intelligent systems that optimize network operations and enable data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong technical foundation enabling oversight of architecture, system design, and technical decisions.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Product-minded with experience driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning engineering work with business priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
