Engineering Manager (Remote - Europe)

We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager in Europe to lead distributed product teams across Europe and LATAM, driving technical excellence, team growth, and impactful delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading distributed product teams in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong project-management skills: able to create plans with dates, owners, and risks, and manage scope effectively
• Solid technical judgment to evaluate architecture, spot risks, and provide guidance without hands-on coding daily
• Experience in performance management: giving feedback, documenting outcomes, and making fair, timely decisions
• Excellent communication skills: clear, outcome-oriented, and able to convey complex information effectively
• Customer-focused mindset: committed to delivering work that improves user experience and outcomes
• Ability to foster a collaborative, autonomous, and high-performing team culture
