We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of robust, secure, and scalable payment systems. In this role, you will lead a distributed engineering team, collaborating with cross-functional partners including product, design, finance, and algorithms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including Ruby on Rails and modern web stacks (Golang, PostgreSQL, GraphQL).
• 1+ year of experience in technical leadership, including driving decisions and guiding project goals.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (Next.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS).
• Experience in payment processing systems, integrations, and financial compliance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration in distributed teams, and mentoring abilities.
