Implementation & Insights Analyst role at a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment, combining technical implementation, data analysis, and insight generation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in implementation, data analysis, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical curiosity and understanding of system integrations and data flows.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail; able to spot trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in AI-driven tools and automation (experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar is a plus).
