This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact engineering team responsible for the company’s platform foundation. You will oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, developer experience, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software or systems engineering
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing platform, DevOps, or SRE teams
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD, automated testing, and configuration management
- Experience with SRE principles, including monitoring, alerting, and incident management
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performance, highly available platforms
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
