Principal Software Engineer, Applications (Remote - US)

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in application architecture, design patterns, and enterprise-scale systems.
• Proven experience leading complex application development projects and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in Git version control, GitLab repository management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating with APIs and third-party tools, and building solutions for highly integrated environments.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum environments, driving continuous improvement and team maturity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create custom tools to automate tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
