Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation roles, preferably within SaaS or cloud-based software environments.
- Strong ability to conceptualize, explain, and communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Proven business acumen with experience consulting customers on strategic challenges and value-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences and internal/external stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments while creating structure and prioritizing workflow.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and consultative approach.
