Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience leading product design initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and user-centered solutions
• Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design for web and native applications
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to mentor and inspire designers, shaping team culture and design practices
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions
