We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy of our B2C Talent Product. This role blends product marketing strategy with growth execution and requires a strong understanding of conversion funnels, UX principles, and data-informed iteration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing and growth (B2C SaaS or Marketplace is a must)
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, UX principles, and data-informed iteration
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Mixpanel is required
- Ability to simplify complex product flows and propose impactful improvements
- Experience driving community engagement and grassroots awareness campaigns
- Technical fluency: comfortable collaborating with product and development teams
- Lean, startup mindset: autonomous, creative, and action-oriented
- You speak English and Spanish
