Project Manager- Precidion Medicine (Remote)

We are currently looking for a Project Manager – Precision Medicine in California (USA) to drive strategic and operational excellence across innovative therapeutic programs.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8–10+ years of experience
• Strong scientific or technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in drug development, translational science, or diagnostics
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs within the biopharma or consulting environment
• Skilled in project planning, risk management, and strategic execution, with familiarity using tools such as Smartsheet, Planisware, and SharePoint
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams across complex matrix structures
• Experience managing budgets, governance processes, and operational systems
• PMP certification and knowledge of regulatory requirements and good clinical practices are strong assets
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort working in Agile or hybrid project environments
