Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Experience managing IT consulting projects, particularly in SaaS or CRM contexts
- Expertise in SOW management, workload estimation, tracking, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Rally, or ClickUp for project tracking
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with consulting experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms; relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and proactive mindset
- High emotional intelligence and effective communication across organizational levels
