QA/QC Construction Manager (Remote - US)

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Construction Manager to serve as the owner’s on-site advocate, ensuring that projects meet quality, schedule, and scope requirements.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems in mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with tools such as Procore, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, MS Project/P6.
• Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies for workflow efficiency.
• Clear, concise communication skills to represent the owner with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage schedules, enforce quality standards, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field OR 2 years of hands-on mechanical, electrical, or controls installation/testing/validation plus 5 years of related experience.
• Certifications/Safety: Ability to achieve NFPA 70E and/or OSHA training as required; strict adherence to HSE/LOTO policies.
