We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Construction Manager to serve as the owner’s on-site advocate, ensuring that projects meet quality, schedule, and scope requirements.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems in mission-critical environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with tools such as Procore, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, MS Project/P6.
- Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies for workflow efficiency.
- Clear, concise communication skills to represent the owner with contractors and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage schedules, enforce quality standards, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field OR 2 years of hands-on mechanical, electrical, or controls installation/testing/validation plus 5 years of related experience.
- Certifications/Safety: Ability to achieve NFPA 70E and/or OSHA training as required; strict adherence to HSE/LOTO policies.
