The role involves overseeing and managing a portfolio of complex projects that drive strategic initiatives within a global logistics and distribution organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or project management; 7+ years preferred for leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Proven track record managing all aspects of medium/large projects in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving expertise using lean six sigma or similar methodologies and experience in team-based environments.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within North America and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Prior experience leading multiple projects or project managers and exposure to medical device manufacturing is a plus.
- Change Management Certification (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent) is desirable.
