Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python/GenAI) in Latin America to design and build the backend infrastructure that powers real-time AI-driven simulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering, with strong Python expertise
- Experience building real-time systems and low-latency AI interactions (LiveKit, WebRTC, or similar)
- Proven ability to scale backend services in distributed, production-grade environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and Kubernetes for cloud-native orchestration
- Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and production debugging and performance optimization
- Familiarity with AI integration frameworks such as LangChain, LangFuse, Ray, or LLMOps tooling
