Senior Backend Python Engineer (Latam)

We are looking for a Senior Backend Python Engineer in Latin America to join a dynamic, fully remote team focused on delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience with Python and Django web development
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Celery or other background task runners
• Exposure to consumer-facing applications and web/mobile frontend integration
• Strong English communication skills (advanced level) to collaborate with US clients
• Proven ability to work in a remote, autonomous environment while contributing effectively to team outcomes
