Senior Data Engineer, Databricks (Latam)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to guide organizations through their data modernization journeys by leveraging Databricks and cloud-based data solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, architectures, and analytical workflows to enable actionable insights for fast-paced companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks; Databricks Data Engineer certification is preferred
• Strong expertise with Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Databricks Delta Lake technology
• Experience with Spark Structured Streaming, Delta Live Tables (DLT), and cloud data stacks
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with relational and modern databases
• Ability to work collaboratively in remote teams, provide technical leadership, and act as a trusted advisor
