Senior Data Scientist (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist in United States. This role provides an exciting opportunity to leverage data science to drive impactful decisions across product, clinical, and business domains.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on data science experience in healthcare analytics, population health, or related fields where health outcomes are critical
• Demonstrated leadership in data science projects with measurable impact on product strategy or business outcomes
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and communicate data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
• Expertise in predictive modeling, causal inference, statistical analysis, and optimization methods
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Scala, and/or Spark SQL; experience with graph databases is a plus
• Experience working with EMR, claims, and social determinants of health (SDOH) data
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Kibana
• MSc or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience with LLM prompt engineering and context optimization is preferred
