Senior Data Scientist (Remote - US)

This remote Senior Data Scientist position within a partnership with Jobgether involves developing and deploying advanced AI solutions to impact enterprise operations and customer experiences. The role focuses on creating interpretable, scalable AI systems, including generative models and agentic AI frameworks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in research, ML engineering, or applied research roles focused on production-ready AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI system design and generative AI models.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis/data mining tools.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Familiarity with high-performance, large-scale ML systems, language modeling with transformers, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience collaborating with MLOps and DevOps teams for production deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
