Senior Machine Learning Engineer (UK)

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, particularly SageMaker, and familiarity with other services like Lambda, S3, Redshift, and CloudWatch
• Solid understanding of MLOps principles and how to productionize ML systems effectively
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring engineers in a collaborative, agile environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
