This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in the United States.

In this role, you will help shape and deliver a best-in-class enterprise SaaS product, creating intuitive and impactful user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify user needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This position offers the opportunity to influence the product vision, contribute to design strategy, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your work will directly impact how users interact with complex workflows, and you will play a key role in enhancing usability, engagement, and overall customer satisfaction. The role combines research, prototyping, and design execution to solve real-world problems.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create prototypes, journey maps, and task flows to test concepts and interactions.
• Partner with design systems and development teams to ensure accurate technical implementation.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and influence organizational design awareness.
• Design engaging, efficient, and intuitive experiences that solve real problems for users.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing modern SaaS or enterprise products.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating process, reasoning, and outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while taking ownership of projects end-to-end.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams and functions.
• Experience mentoring or providing feedback to less experienced designers.
• Comfortable working in iterative, agile processes with frequent user feedback.
• Experience in large-scale or enterprise/B2B environments preferred.
