Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
- Advanced proficiency in multiple programming languages and automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with test frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or RestAssured.
- Expertise in API, UI, and integration testing.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline integration and optimization.
- Skilled in test strategy development, risk analysis, and test architecture.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis abilities.
- Solid understanding of database systems and advanced SQL.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog, NewRelic).
- Excellent cross-functional communication, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to make high-impact technical decisions amid ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
