Senior Software Engineer(EMEA)

This is a full-time, remote Senior Software Engineer position at a partner company in EMEA focused on large-scale data systems, backend architecture, and cloud intelligence. The role involves designing scalable services, building data pipelines, and ensuring reliability across distributed systems. Collaboration with talent and a focus on innovation are key aspects of the position. Responsibilities include design, build, and scaling backend services utilizing technologies such as Go and TypeScript, and contributing to API development and platform performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a backend software engineer
• Proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable APIs and backend services
• Strong knowledge of SQL and analytical databases (e.g., BigQuery, ClickHouse, Redshift, Snowflake)
• In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and GCP
• Familiarity with AWS billing, cost optimization, and data performance tuning
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills in English
