We are looking for a Senior Vice President – Product Implementation to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of enterprise-wide product deployments.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in product implementation, enterprise delivery, or professional services
- Proven success in building and scaling multi-disciplinary teams combining technical, functional, and advisory capabilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer, provider, or revenue cycle processes
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute implementation strategies that deliver predictable, high-value outcomes
- Exceptional governance, program management, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Strategic yet execution-oriented mindset, capable of balancing scalability with delivery precision
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership presence, with the ability to inspire and influence across all organizational levels
