Job Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer - Backend in India to build and scale software applications that power modern supply chain operations across Southeast Asia. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will contribute to designing microservice-based architectures, developing APIs, and implementing event-driven systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a product-focused, SaaS environment
- Proficiency in Python and Django, or strong willingness to learn Python
- Experience developing REST APIs and event-based communication systems
- Familiarity with microservices and cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to software architecture and design principles
- Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication in a distributed team
- Collaborative mindset and openness to mentoring and learning from peers
