We are looking for a Sr. Incident Response Engineer to lead critical incident response and infrastructure recovery projects for a diverse client base. This role offers the opportunity to work on a dynamic team, taking part in on-call rotations and project delivery while supporting enterprise-scale environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery or support, with expertise in enterprise systems, virtualization, and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, Active Directory, storage solutions, Exchange, SQL, SCCM, MDT, and VMware/Hyper-V platforms
- At least 1 year of experience administering cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
- Vendor-level certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, VMware VCP; network certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are a plus
- Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access technologies
- Ability to work on-call, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for incident resolution
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members
