Staff Security Engineer (Remote - US)

We are looking for a Staff Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale security solutions, combining technical depth with strategic influence across infrastructure and platform engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering impactful security engineering or infrastructure security solutions in large-scale cloud environments.
• Expert-level hands-on knowledge of AWS security tooling (IAM, KMS, Config, Lambda, EKS) and familiarity with Azure and GCP equivalents.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or Go, with advanced proficiency in Git, Linux, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Expertise in AI and LLM application to accelerate security workflows and system design.
• Experience architecting and deploying security visibility and protection tooling (SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, CSPM).
• Deep experience securing container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), including workload security and service mesh controls.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills for cross-functional leadership.
• Hands-on experience in incident analysis, log correlation, and distributed system tracing.
