Staff Software Engineer (Remote - Europe)

We are currently looking for a Staff Software Engineer in Europe to drive technical excellence across the full stack, from front-end to back-end and infrastructure, delivering high-quality, scalable software while acting as a force multiplier for the entire engineering organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of significant impact.
• Expert proficiency in Typescript and Python, with deep knowledge of modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong experience in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and performance optimization at scale.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, virtualization, and modern database technologies.
• Deep understanding of agile development and rapid iteration methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects independently or as the primary technical lead.
• Portfolio of completed projects, open-source contributions, or internal tooling development is a plus.
