Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Manager / Lead Tech to lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based, high-performance microservices and APIs. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of development experience with OOP, Java, Python, Docker, Linux shell scripting, and SQL
- 3–5 years of cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure, including storage, compute, and Kubernetes services
- Strong expertise in developing and deploying scalable AI/ML microservices and API gateways
- Proven experience in leading small engineering teams (3–5 engineers) and working in agile scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
- Experience in architectural governance, security reviews, and implementing secure SDLC practices
- Familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Rally, TFS, VersionOne) and code repositories (GIT, Artifactory)
- BS, MS, or MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
