Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in program or project management within marketing, advertising, consulting, or a related industry.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing complex, multi-disciplinary program teams.
• Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios exceeding $10M annually.
• Strong financial and operational management skills, with a strategic mindset and an ability to influence senior executives.
• Proficiency in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe or PMI.
• Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM, analytics, automation, and AI/ML tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a talent for simplifying complexity and driving consensus.
