We're looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute a clear content strategy, build a community, and grow our social media presence to achieve tangible traction and dominance on social platforms. The ideal candidate is obsessed with social media, has hands-on experience growing something to 1M+ monthly organic reach, and is a fountain of ideas with a deep understanding of internet culture. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate goals into a systematic content plan, a hands-on creator who is proficient with video editing tools, and a cultural immersion expert who lives in TikTok/Reels feeds and understands internet culture and memes.
