Grants Officer position in Antananarivo, Madagascar, with a higher education degree in finance, management control, accounting, audit, international cooperation, project management, or a relevant field, and at least 5 years of professional experience in finance, audit, accounting, or management control.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (equivalent to master's level) in finance, management control, accounting, audit, international cooperation, project management, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance, audit, accounting, or management control
• Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar position or in an administrative and financial management position in the field of international cooperation
• Proven experience in managing administrative and financial procedures in the international cooperation sector
• Experience working on EU-funded projects would be an asset
• Essential experience working with NGOs/INGOs
• Project management experience desirable
• Audit experience desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with different external stakeholders
• Ability to manage priorities
• Conviction, rigor, and sense of organization
• Ability to adapt to different work environments
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent writing skills in French
