Corporate Lawyer

Our client, a provider of financial services to the international business sector, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their team, assisting with corporate governance and administration, and providing legal research and opinions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 2+ years of local (Maltese) experience in corporate law, international taxation, or both
• Excellent English communication skills at C2/native level, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
