Junior Accountant

A boutique Maltese accounting and auditing firm is seeking a Junior Accountant to assist with financial statements, records, and client audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with audit procedures and tax preparation support
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
