An international financial services provider in Malta is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to work alongside some of Malta’s best legal minds within the corporate and M&A field.

Requirements

• Support the legal team in a variety of tasks
• Assist in drafting documentation required for M&A transactions
• Take an active role in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and redomiciliation projects
• Assist with day-to-day casework and liaise directly with clients and relevant authorities
• Manage individual client relationships independently
