Job Description
JobNimbus is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring they understand the core features and can implement JobNimbus into their business operations. The role involves delivering implementation experiences, managing projects, and maintaining a strong CRM pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven success in a customer implementation, account management, or project-based implementation role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable learning software tools
- Confident in leading customer training sessions
- Home Exteriors or contracting industry experience a plus
