Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team at JobNimbus. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product or UX design, proficiency in design tools, and a passion for design culture and new technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a product or UX designer
• Formal education in a design-related field from a college, university, online program, or bootcamp (preferred)
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Figma Make and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with AI design and coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or BuilderIO
• Familiarity with data insight tools like Pendo, FullStory, and Dovetail
• Demonstrated ability to make customer-centered design decisions based on data and research
• Outstanding communication skills—both in presenting your work and collaborating with team members
• Ability to self-direct and prioritize your own work
