An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced and commercially astute Facilities professional to take ownership of the operational environment across a portfolio of premium fitness studios.

Requirements

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance programme across all locations.
• Lead contractor and supplier relationships, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.
• Establish and track facilities KPIs, including response times, cost efficiency, and preventative maintenance ratios.
