Requirements

• 3+ years in DTC roles, ideally in fast-growing brands or digital marketing agencies
• Hands-on experience managing online platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and optimising acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Strong understanding of paid social, SEO/SEM, CRM, and influencer campaigns
• Skilled in data interpretation, with a focus on customer experience and lifetime value
• Self-starter who can execute strategy, lead a small team, and manage third-party agencies
