Requirements

• Level 3 (or equivalent) Personal Training qualification
• First Aid certified
• Proven experience delivering high-quality coaching and exceptional client results
• Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise science, and programme design
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile and private clientele
