Supply Chain Program Manager

Requirements

• Define, implement, and drive execution of project requirements, workflows, and plans
• Analyze the complete supply chain for the projects by defining and measuring performance criteria
• Manage project timelines and resources and ensure risk mitigation actions are identified and in place
• Continuously monitor and measure project processes and activities to ensure no delays to the project
• Develop robust systems to track progress of critical path readiness across our global supply chain
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track program status and to communicate key project metrics to the broader organization
• Connect and coordinate activities between Programs, Engineering, Global Supply Management, Supplier Industrialization, Planning, Logistics, New Program Introduction and Finance
• Collect information and generate presentations to clearly and concisely communicate risk to executive team
• Develop timelines to plan out part readiness against program timing and develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Represent Supply Chain team for risk mitigation and escalation discussions with Executive team
